On-site training and follow-along support help participants succeed at work while helping employers build effective communication and natural workplace supports.

What you'll do

• Engage participants and families in intake and discovery
• develop individualized Career Path Plans and job matches
• market to employers and build relationships
• provide feedback on interviews and job performance
• deliver on-site job training and travel training when needed
• train employers and troubleshoot workplace issues
• communicate progress to participants and involved parties
• assess and address workplace barriers
• maintain authorizations, case records, notes, reports, mileage, and schedules.
