What you'll do

• Check guests in and out and provide a welcoming environment
• answer phones and field questions about medical issues
• identify visit needs and call leads
• assist nurses and nurse practitioners with basic care and procedures as needed, including injections, blood draws, and blood pressure
• support members through check-ins and healthy-lifestyle support
• track lab results, assist with inventory, and handle basic medical-office duties
• perform light cleaning and disinfection.
