What you'll do

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive nursing care
• administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• assess resident conditions and respond to changes
• maintain accurate clinical documentation
• supervise, support, and guide LPNs and CNAs/GNAs
• participate in care planning, admissions, transfers, and discharges
• communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• follow clinical standards, safety, and infection-control practices.
