What you'll do

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and company policies
• assist residents with activities of daily living
• monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• maintain medication administration records and documentation
• support individualized care plans
• promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
• communicate with residents, families, and team members
• follow medication management and safety procedures
• build relationships with residents and families.
