What you'll do

• Lead and mentor the accounting team
• oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and the general ledger
• manage monthly and annual close
• oversee inventory valuation, cost accounting, and margin analysis
• prepare financial statements
• lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• monitor cash flow and KPIs
• ensure tax, audit, reporting, and beverage-alcohol regulatory compliance
• and manage auditor, bank, and insurance-provider relationships.
