What you'll do

• Build partnerships with business, technology, and functional stakeholders
• prioritize and execute Data Office Operations activities
• standardize and optimize reports, data deliverables, and processes
• identify self-service and technology-enabled improvements
• oversee vendor-supported data operations and reporting
• develop operational processes, methodologies, and training
• lead Data Office Operations strategy and performance measures
• provide technical understanding of the AbbVie Adverse Event database and external databases
• manage GPS solution implementation and document-management, tracking, and reporting tools.
