What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including intake, advertising, screening, selection, interviews, references, offers, and contract production
• support onboarding
• advise hiring managers on requisitions and position descriptions
• source candidates for operations roles
• build talent pipelines
• coordinate background screening and psychometric testing
• ensure compliance with pre-employment regulations
• research recruitment topics.
