What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day valet and parking operations
• recruit, train, coach, and develop valet and parking staff
• create staffing plans and schedules
• monitor labor costs, payroll, and operating expenses
• use performance metrics and customer feedback to identify improvements
• ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures
• serve as the operational contact for clients and venue partners
• support new location openings, special events, and expansions
• maintain operational tools and site systems.
