SupplySight Field Service Representative

Job overview

The SupplySight Field Service Representative role is onsite in Knoxville, TN, with at least 80% of time spent at customer facilities. Compensation is $24.00–$26.00 per hour, and the role is also eligible for a bonus incentive program. The representative supports R.S. Hughes’ SupplySight operations and customer inventory programs. The role exists to keep customer-site inventory organized, available, and replenished while delivering responsive program support. It contributes to customer experience and operational performance by coordinating with customers, inside operations, and outside sales, and by maintaining equipment and inventory at customer locations.

What you'll do

• Provide SupplySight program support at customer facilities
• build relationships with customer personnel and participate in program-improvement discussions
• answer customer questions and support product additions, updates, or changes
• maintain organized inventory and ensure proper labeling, storage, handling, and packaging
• collaborate with inside operations and outside sales
• use company vehicles to resupply onsite inventory programs
• service and maintain equipment at customer sites
• assist with preparing orders for delivery.
