What you'll do

• Check the dish machine and chemicals daily
• scrape and wash dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
• sort and remove trash
• restock clean dishware and utensils
• change machine chemicals or water as needed
• clean work areas
• communicate and coordinate with front- and back-of-house teams.
