What you'll do

• Supervise maintenance of buildings, grounds, security, and mechanical assets
• oversee housekeeping, laundry, and transportation services
• manage campus operations and building standards
• develop vendor relationships and negotiate maintenance contracts when appropriate
• inspect apartments before occupancy
• develop preventive maintenance and work-order programs
• oversee budgets, expenses, staffing, and scheduling
• ensure transportation vehicles are maintained and passengers are transported safely.
