What you'll do

• Provide companionship and social engagement
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily living activities
• prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• assist with mobility, transfers, and safety supervision
• provide transportation to appointments and errands when appropriate
• offer medication reminders
• complete care documentation and report client updates.
