The subject matter expert serves as an ambassador between the DoD Red Team Division Chief and partner organizations, supporting assessment operations and training. The role helps ensure field assessments follow established plans and procedures and produces required operational reports and accountability deliverables.

What you'll do

• Conduct field assessments with DoD Red Team partners in accordance with program plans, operations orders, and directives
• prepare situation reports, out briefs, after-action reviews, final reports, and government-furnished equipment/property accountability reports
• maintain DTRA-provided equipment and supplies
• brief ground teams on assessment details and rules of engagement
• support partner preparation and assessment reporting.
