What you'll do

• Prepare food according to menus and the number of students and employees
• set up serving-line items and assist with meal service
• follow food safety and handling guidelines
• complete daily production and pull sheets
• maintain food inventory and request supplies
• clean kitchen and dining areas
• report unsafe or unsanitary conditions
• store leftovers properly
• supervise and assist students with food preparation, storage, and serving
• maintain daily HACCP temperature records.
