What you'll do

• Manage searches from kickoff through offer
• partner with hiring managers on candidate profiles, interview strategies, and sourcing plans
• source and engage candidates
• conduct recruiter screens
• guide candidates through interviews
• maintain ATS records
• advise hiring managers using market insights and candidate feedback
• lead new-hire orientation
• coordinate onboarding and required paperwork
• improve orientation materials and the new-hire experience.
