What you'll do

• Schedule appointments and walk-ins for PIV card activations, enrollments, certificate updates, and PIN resets
• answer credential and access-control inquiries
• verify applicant identities and documents
• collect and document personal and biometric information
• ensure forms are complete
• protect sensitive data
• explain enrollment steps and respond to customer concerns
• maintain applicant records and tracking spreadsheets
• stay current on procedures and participate in training.
