Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works in person in Mishawaka, IN, on consistent Monday–Friday daytime hours. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. The role provides direct Applied Behavior Analysis services under the ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy according to BCBA-developed treatment plans
• implement skill-acquisition and behavior-intervention programs
• collect session data and document progress
• use trained ABA teaching procedures
• maintain a safe and respectful environment
• communicate with supervisors, caregivers, and team members
• protect client confidentiality
• and participate in supervision, competency checks, meetings, and training.

Why this role
