What you'll do

• Assist with technical aspects of invasive cardiovascular procedures.
• Interpret basic and advanced dysrhythmia and EKG's.
• Operate physiologic recorder and imaging equipment.
• Interpret normal and abnormal pressures and wave forms.
• Assist physician as a scrub tech and circulator.
• Monitor patient status.
• Maintain sterile technique.
• Remove arterial and/or venous sheath and maintain hemostasis.
• Order supplies and manage inventory.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Assist in teaching and orientation of students and new staff.
