It uses performance data to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention while coordinating accurate launches and resolving operational issues.

What you'll do

• Own the lifecycle campaign calendar and execute email, SMS, and app push campaigns, including audience selection, creative coordination, setup, quality assurance, launch, and review. Manage Appmaker activity and coordinate resolution of app and customer-journey issues. Coordinate Shopify promotions, landing pages, featured products, offers, and launch checks. Set up and execute social commerce, initially including TikTok Shop, with listings, promotions, creator or affiliate coordination, customer-service handoffs, and issue resolution. Analyze CRM, app, site, and social-commerce performance
• recommend tests and actions. Document processes and work with technology, creative, customer service, and agency partners.
