What you'll do

• Plan and direct labor and logistics, warehousing, conversion, and pre-finish functions within budget
• develop programs and procedures supporting customer satisfaction
• manage materials, production control, quality, maintenance, safety, and security
• handle complex customer service issues related to value-add, warehousing, and delivery
• establish training programs
• develop and communicate fulfillment metrics
• reduce operating costs and improve productivity
• document and implement processes
• collaborate on third-party relationships
• coordinate with Customer Support and other divisions
• manage hiring, training, work assignments, performance, and employee concerns.
