Bowling & Events Customer Service Associate is an onsite, part-time role in Las Vegas, NV, with 20–25 hours per week. Pay is $14–$15.80 per hour. The role supports Round One Entertainment’s Bowling and Events department. The associate helps customers use bowling and entertainment facilities and supports events and daily department operations. The work combines customer service, sales, facility upkeep, equipment checks, and party assistance in a busy bowling center and arcade.

What you'll do

• Operate the point-of-sale system, collect payments, and allocate bowling lanes
• lend facility equipment
• promote and conduct marketing events under Bowling Management
• reset and clean activity areas
• check equipment and perform generic maintenance and repair
• complete opening and closing procedures
• handle cash tills and membership/game cards
• answer general inquiries
• conduct sales and inventory procedures
• perform restroom checks and cleaning
• assist with party reservations and hosting.
