What you'll do

• Lead the enterprise risk framework, governance, policies, methodologies, and reporting
• mature the risk appetite framework
• strengthen committee governance and issue management
• prepare Risk Oversight Committee materials
• report risk trends and remediation to executives, committees, and the Board
• oversee risk and control self-assessments and second-line risk disciplines
• provide independent review and challenge
• partner with regulators, audit, and business leaders
• develop the risk team and promote risk culture.
