Patient Access Representative

The Patient Access Representative role is full-time and onsite in Moorhead, MN. Pay is $19–$21 per hour. What you'll do

• Manage inbound and outbound calls
• greet and assist patients in person and by phone
• answer questions, take messages, and route calls
• register patients and update demographic records
• verify insurance, Medicare, and managed care
• explain the sliding fee scale and required documentation
• scan paperwork into the EHR and document phone notes
• locate and verify patient information
• maintain patient chart desktops
• collect and document payments
• reconcile appointments and make reminder calls
• tidy the waiting room between patients.
