What you'll do

• Analyze conflict reports for potential conflicts involving new business, lateral hires, and RFPs
• research jurisdictional conflict, ethics, and professional-responsibility rules
• assist attorneys with resolution strategies
• communicate findings and recommendations
• maintain clearance documentation
• draft conflict consents and waivers
• implement ethical walls
• assist with client guidelines and conflicts policies
• train intake analysts and administrative staff
• update the conflicts database and respond to inquiries confidentially.
