• Coordinate plans for each resident’s care in accordance with physician orders, regulations, and facility policies
• communicate policies and procedures to nursing staff and monitor implementation
• participate in admissions decisions and management meetings
• help ensure quality care, nursing supervision, and adequate staff coverage
• assume clinical operations responsibility in the Director of Nursing’s absence.

Why this role

Requires current RN or LPN licensure in the state practiced, an associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school, and at least two years of nursing supervisory experience. Five years in long-term or acute health care is preferred.
