What you'll do

• Manage product lifecycle, roadmap, launches, updates, and portfolio optimization
• conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis
• develop business cases, product requirements, and investment priorities
• support go-to-market strategies
• align Sales, Service, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance
• serve as regional interface with global product and engineering teams
• monitor product performance and customer feedback
• ensure compliance with applicable North American standards and mitigate product risks.
