The manager plans and executes fundraising initiatives, cultivates and stewards supporters, and builds relationships with donors, businesses, community partners, volunteers, and other stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute annual giving, major gifts, endowment and planned giving, special events, and capital campaigns
• cultivate, solicit, steward, and retain individual, corporate, foundation, and community supporters
• use donor CRM or constituent-management databases to document relationships, manage prospects, track activity, and analyze results
• build relationships with donors and community stakeholders. The role averages 40 hours per week with flexibility for off-hours events.
