The Architect / Project Manager – Civic and Public Projects role is hybrid in Fife, WA, with a salary range of $100,000–$120,000 per year. The role leads and contributes to design and project management from concept through completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and technical documents. It supports high-quality project delivery through design leadership, client collaboration, code-aware documentation, and project planning.

What you'll do

• Participate in design discussions and develop drawings, models, and 3D imagery
• direct design and technical-document coordination by assigned professionals
• create graphical images and perform design and detailing in Revit
• attend project and client meetings
• manage and supervise teams of architects, engineers, and designers on medium to large projects
• contribute to complex projects and, at times, related programs
• develop project-management expertise.
