What you'll do

• Supervise daily Quality Control activities, team scheduling, training, and guidance
• draft, review, implement, and train staff on SOPs, sampling plans, specifications, protocols, and reports
• conduct pre-operational sanitation inspections
• monitor production and perform routine QC checks including HACCP
• inspect, test, and measure products
• collect and grade samples
• conduct QC training
• swab for Listeria weekly
• inspect incoming products
• maintain QC inventory and calibration records
• verify production records
• support consumer complaint evaluations
• maintain GMP training records and PPE compliance.
