Floating Executive Chef

Job overview

The Floating Executive Chef role is onsite in Livonia, MI, with travel between five metro Detroit locations. Compensation is $70,000–$80,000 per year. The chef leads the Gourmet to Go department at Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace.

What you'll do

• Direct department operations and food production
• prepare prep lists and cook alongside cooks and sous chefs
• oversee staffing, training, ordering, inventory, and product quality
• coordinate catering support
• manage workflow, merchandising, and distribution
• ensure food safety and legal compliance
• and provide customer service.
