What you'll do

• Execute merchandising and display maintenance for Meta products
• ensure displays are functional, powered, priced and compliant
• install, troubleshoot, and maintain displays
• validate inventory and maintain presentation standards
• conduct store visits including audits and signage updates
• build relationships with retail teams
• complete reporting and photo submissions
• provide remote troubleshooting support
• respond to inquiries via phone and email
• own issue resolution and documentation
• perform quality control audits
• support surveys, instructions, and materials planning
• monitor parts and communicate trends.
