What you'll do

• Define project scope, budgets, and timelines
• secure permits and approvals
• review design packages and work in progress for constructability, quality, and brand compliance
• manage competitive bids, contracts, pay applications, and change orders
• track milestones and communicate with stakeholders
• manage project closeout, turnover, and warranty-period contact with resorts.
