Home Care Supervising Registered Nurse (Per Diem)

What you'll do

• Supervise RNs, LPNs, HHAs, and field paraprofessionals
• conduct and oversee client assessments and individualized care planning
• coordinate care delivery and maintain documentation
• conduct supervisory visits and train field employees
• manage intake assessments and referral relationships
• support marketing and growth initiatives
• participate in on-call responsibilities
• maintain HIPAA and agency compliance.

Why this role
