What you'll do

• Lead and mentor schedulers
• manage caregiver schedules and overtime within budget
• use the scheduling application and manually track visits as needed
• schedule VIP assistants according to training and ability
• support payroll and billing visit batching
• process private-duty payroll when the Assistant Administrator or Office Manager is absent
• assist with long-term care insurance documentation
• maintain on-call coverage and calendars
• ensure compliance with agency policies and regulations.
