• Supervise, coach, and support case managers and administrative staff
• coordinate schedules and coverage
• oversee intake and administrative workflows
• ensure timely program and grant reporting
• oversee billing and payment processes and reconcile payments with Finance
• coordinate with legal leadership, referral partners, and internal teams
• identify workflow improvements.
