Financial Education Coach

The Financial Education Coach role is based in Philadelphia, PA, with compensation of $27.47 per hour. The Achieving Reunification Center supports parents whose children are in out-of-home placement, helping families access resources for timely reunification. The coach delivers financial education and parent-centered coaching, helping participants set goals and access services related to budgeting, debt, credit, employment, and economic stability. The role coordinates with community partners and ARC staff to support families’ reunification and self-sufficiency goals.

What you'll do

• Conduct in-person and remote coaching sessions using motivational interviewing and goal setting
• develop participant action plans
• coordinate financial education services with community partners
• organize workshops and events
• document interactions and progress in the ARC database
• refer parents to services
• collaborate with reunification and housing support coaches
• provide reports
• maintain financial literacy knowledge
• conduct employment and career-pathway prescreens.
