Data Center Network Shift Superintendent

What you'll do

• Lead network infrastructure and cabling operations during assigned shifts
• direct Field Lead Technicians and crews
• manage shift handoffs, work assignments and schedule progress
• prepare shift reports
• mentor and develop field staff
• inspect installations and verify cable certification tests
• enforce safety, PPE and site protocols
• coordinate with facility staff and owner representatives.
