Sales Account Executive - Commercial Security

The Sales Account Executive is an onsite role based in Irving, TX. Compensation is not specified beyond a base salary plus commission structure. This position supports the Electronic Security division, helping to protect businesses through integrated security solutions. The role exists to drive new business development within the core commercial market. The Account Executive is responsible for lead generation, building client relationships, and presenting tailored security proposals to prospective customers.

What you'll do

• Manage a defined territory using CRM tools, cold calling, networking, lead generation, and negotiation.
• Develop and implement service/account outsourcing strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals.
• Collaborate with internal specialists.
• Participate in networking events and trade shows.
• Conduct at least 10 in-person client meetings per week.
• Drive revenue growth through solution-based selling.
