Plumbing Field Supervisor

What you'll do

• Conduct field visits, ride-alongs, and performance coaching
• lead and develop plumbers and apprentices
• support safety and customer satisfaction
• provide technical, customer service, and sales training
• manage invoicing, inventory, safety compliance, and reporting
• address escalated customer concerns
• monitor callbacks, warranty work, and quality issues.
