The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is hybrid in Charlotte, NC, with flexible shifts based on availability and part-time or full-time scheduling options. Pay is $90–$105 per hour. The role develops and oversees individualized ABA treatment, assesses client needs, and adjusts goals to support client progress. It also guides Registered Behavior Technicians and coordinates with families and multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant, effective care.
