What you'll do

• Cover in-home care visits on short notice
• travel within the local service area
• observe and report changes in client condition
• lead caregiver orientations and mentor new caregivers
• assist with new-client visits, home safety walkthroughs, and care-plan adherence
• help fill open shifts and coordinate schedules
• assist with recruiting, job fairs, and interviews
• cross-train on documentation, scheduling software, and HR processes
• take on-call shifts.
