Retail Store Lead — Cannabis

The Retail Store Lead role is onsite in Taylor, MO. Pay is $15.50–$16.50 per hour. Good Day Farm’s store team focuses on customer experience, cannabis education, and a positive, inclusive store culture. The Lead supports the management team by coaching staff, helping run daily store operations, and promoting customer service and sales. The role also assists with cash handling, inventory accuracy, compliance, and customer order fulfillment.

What you'll do

• Assist with staff training, coaching, daily huddles, and zone charts
• support store opening and closing
• help meet sales expectations and promote products through customer engagement
• assist with cash handling and deposits
• support inventory intake, reconciliation, cycle counts, organization, and order fulfillment
• maintain accurate online menus
• support visual merchandising and customer loyalty initiatives
• follow cannabis compliance requirements
• travel to multiple locations per week as needed.
