Climbing Instructor

The Climbing Instructor works onsite at Summit Bechtel Reserve in Glen Jean, WV. Compensation is $1,600–$1,700 per month. The role provides challenge-course and climbing experiences at The Summit. What you'll do

• Facilitate challenge-course activities
• learn information related to the challenge course
• ensure proper use, security, and care of program equipment
• assist with facility maintenance
• use required safety equipment
• maintain a clean, organized, inspected, and safe work area
• follow staff handbook policies and procedures
• model the Scout Oath and Law in daily interactions.
