Core Crew Front Desk and Sales Associate

The Core Crew Front Desk and Sales Associate role is onsite in Reston, VA. Compensation is $16.50 per hour, with opportunities to earn sales commission. The associate welcomes and assists clients, handles membership and class-account tasks, supports retail sales, and helps keep the studio clean and operational. The role contributes to client satisfaction and studio sales while assisting the Head Coach and Community Manager.

What you'll do

• Welcome clients and support the CORE client experience
• respond to client needs and concerns
• maintain knowledge of retail products, class packages, and promotions
• set up and update client accounts and class bookings
• communicate studio issues and schedule changes
• assist with daily operations and cleaning
• report complaints and visible maintenance issues
• follow up with client lists to meet monthly sales quota
• respond to client emails
• recognize client milestones.
