What you'll do

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Juicebox, referrals, and outbound outreach
• build market maps and candidate pipelines
• conduct initial candidate screens
• manage candidates through the recruiting process
• keep searches organized and moving
• track pipeline health, conversion, and recruiting activity
• partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify bottlenecks and next steps
• test sourcing strategies, messaging, and channels
• take on increasing ownership of searches as experience grows.
