Maintenance Technician Level 2 — Empire

The Maintenance Technician Level 2 role is onsite in Fredericksburg, VA, supporting Cardlock fueling locations. Pay is $21–$26 per hour. The role helps minimize downtime, maintain regulatory compliance, and support safe, efficient operations across assigned locations.

What you'll do

• Manage and complete work orders
• diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain fueling equipment, fuel management systems, dispensers, tank monitoring systems, POS equipment, and site infrastructure
• perform root-cause analysis and preventive maintenance
• document service work
• repair, replace, calibrate, and test components
• coordinate parts
• communicate repair status
• support upgrades and capital improvements
• train and mentor less experienced technicians
• perform facility repairs. The posting requires frequent regional travel, overtime, nights, weekends, holidays, and participation in an on-call rotation.
