Housing Case Manager

What you'll do

• Manage assigned cases from application through closeout
• conduct intake, review documentation, and determine eligibility
• communicate regularly with applicants and record activity in the system
• prepare and issue program correspondence and contracts
• coordinate pre-construction, warranty, and closeout activities with internal teams
• meet program timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements
• follow program procedures
• identify and escalate issues
• support process improvements.
