It leads the Manufacturing Engineering team and drives process improvement, automation, and new product introduction.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team
• improve productivity, quality, throughput, safety, and cost
• identify and eliminate bottlenecks
• lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
• implement automation, tooling, fixtures, and new technology
• lead manufacturing engineering for new product introductions
• provide Design for Manufacturability expertise
• develop processes, work instructions, routings, and standards
• analyze capacity, labor, cycle times, and costs
• partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Sales.
