What you'll do

• Manage foreclosure files from referral through completion
• review referrals, loan documents, title reports, and collateral
• prepare complaints, summonses, notices, affidavits, and default motions for attorney review
• coordinate service of process
• monitor deadlines and client milestones
• maintain file notes and system updates
• complete client reporting
• comply with client guidelines, investor requirements, court rules, and firm procedures.
