Contract Recruiter — Driver Recruiting

What you'll do

• Review applications and source qualified candidates for driver positions
• manage applicants in the ATS
• conduct initial phone screens
• identify qualified candidates and coordinate next-round interviews
• initiate background checks
• maintain organized candidate information and timely follow-up
• collaborate with the recruiting team.
